June 2023

For annual ❄️ WEATHER DATA  <= over the years. June was a month of many fires.

June 26 – a massive storm, with tornado warnings.

⛈ Monday was quite the storm. Lots of thunder and lightning. Two people are suffering 'serious life threatening injuries', golfing in Kanata. There were warnings online and on Ottawa phones.
Lots were without power across the province, with only about 4000 people out this morning.

June 25 – Sunday did not bode well. I stuck my nose out, and checked the smoke forecast. First for 8 a.m., and then 1 p.m.

Provinces with fires

June 12 – thunder boomers: thank goodness, rain!

June 7

The week of June 5 was horrific for many. This is a smoke rating for Kingston.

June 6th, only 1 mm from all this going southwest.

June 5 (UDATE: no rain)

Hopefully rain later, the front from the north brought some chilly overnight temperatures.
