☔OCTOBER 2019

🌧Precipitation🌦

Oct. 22 – 20 mm!

Oct. 17 - 50 mm over two days!

Pouring rain on Wednesday, 25 mm (1"). I'm happy for it. I can't complain. It could be snow, like Manitoba, still recovering from a massive snow storm. Power outages, trees down, First Nations evacuated. More than 6000 still without power, with another two weeks of work to do.
I did my usual morning workout, went to fetch trailcam CD cards, did some chores and it was time for a shower. I wondered about getting back into jammies and a housecoat, but resisted the lure. It is still raining! This storm is moving counter clockwise.

Oct 16 - Lots of rain, 25+mm!

Oct. 12

There are 40,000 without power in Manitoba.
"Heading to Manitoba this long weekend??40,500 people without power in Manitoba due to winter storm. More snow on the way, up to 25 cm. Travel not advised - sections of the TransCanada are closed."
