COVID–19 Lanark

We are creeping up in Leeds, Grenville, Lanark Health Unit.

We're in pretty good shape, all told. Our kids are all working from home, for that we are grateful.
Provinces are easing back. New Brunswick, however, has had to go from yellow to red. A doctor went to Quebec for pleasure, returned, did not isolate and has potentially infected 150 - 500 people. Eight new confirmed cases, including his child, and more to come. He'll face consequences.

We've pretty low number in our healthcare network, Leeds, Grenville, & Lanark. We are slowing down the curve.

Our premier won't share data by postal code, to help nail down the details.  Nor will he allow things to open up where there are few or no cases. There is much lobbying going on for this. I think he'll cave.

The hot spot in Ontario is Toronto. They've put out detailed geographic locations. This is good data. It will help to flatten the curve.

I do shudder at the stories of protestors, or fundamentalist Christians, or those in MI, protesting their quarantines and physical distancing, who later on end up with COVID–19.

I understand that we seem to have plateaued in terms of community cases but not in LTCs, which have been brutal.
