We're still not healthy. Hubby went back to the Dr. and we await the interpretation of the X-rays. It's either still a cold virus, or it's gone bacterial to pneumonia. I'm getting better, but still coughing. It's a rotten bug.
The weather is frosty, feet crunch on the frozen snow. The blue jays were screaming, I wondered if they'd found another owl. Guess not.

I've moved my trailcams. She seemed dubious!
Down beyond the frog pond, they wend their way along the trail.
Just before I went down to the trails, Maggie demanded some food. She is doing really well with her dislocated knee! She's had it since 2015. [Deer friends: Maggie]

It looks like it is still rutting season, her ankle gland is still active.

How wonderful that Maggie permitted you to be so close to her. What a darling she is.
Sorry you are both a bit poorly - one of Mac1's pals has been signed off work with a viral infection that has turned into atypical pneumonia, so definitely take care!!! YAM xx
She is so tame, perhaps knowing she gets a feed there, and the birds, quite raucous!!!
Great pictures!
Keep warm and avoid the crowds! With the right attitude and health supplements you'll get over winter ailments.
Gosh, that is one nasty infection you two have. Your voice sounds good though so you must be on the mend. Poor Maggie with her injured knee. Lucky Maggie to have you guys dishing out the good eats!

Hi Jenn :) Oh I hope your hubby doesn't have pneumonia. Terrible bug, and I hope you'll be better soon, it feels like you've been sick way too long! I love seeing the turkeys. And I didn't know about the ankle gland! When you mentioned it I actually looked it up! Very interesting! :)
All my dances for good health have not done any good. Look after yourselves. Being sick ain't funny.
Lots of people falling sick at this time.
Wonderful deer photos ~ and a few turkeys ~ ^_^
