Forest bathing

The cooler weather has settled in. I look EVERYWHERE for Annabelle...
She was hunkered down beside the air vent.

A Productive Day

I worked hard the day before. I put up the fairy tree.

I got the ladder out in preparation for cleaning the eavestrough. The kids will help me on the weekend.

I'm anticipating some more bulbs arriving. I moved some more of the dirt, whittling away at it. There was  4 Cu. Yds. Progress is being made.

I took some Advil, and went off for my walk. My back paid for my activity the day before! It was lovely and peaceful.

The frost killed some of the vegetation on the frogpond, but not all.

We have to pace ourselves Jenn! I move one too many bu kets of earth a couple of days ago and my shoulders went YELP. Lots of Advil anf days of rest for sure. My hip on the same side as the new knee has been a little clicky. I elected to stsy away from the uneven ground of the woofd and went to a beach instead...OUCH. Sand walking is very challenging

Beautiful autumn colours like we have further south. The jetty covered in leaves, and Annabelle, she is very sensible to snuggle up to the hot air.

Your forest is so beautiful, Jenn. You work so very, very hard.

You don't have to travel to see colour
