Sunday afternoon at the pub!

They have live music in Carleton Place on Sunday afternoons. It was a lovely afternoon on Sunday, August 25th, and who knows how many more we shall have?

It could have been epic, as we were passed just before Franktown. A young woman, wearing glasses, with a young passenger. What was she thinking? She was well over the speed limit.

There are debates about this.
PJB (P. Barkley) @pjbimage · " Although not illegal in Ontario to cross on solid lines. According to the photos .. section 149 of the HTA was in violation due to the proximity of the corner / bend in the road .. hence the solid line." passing from Jennifer Jilks on Vimeo.

You really have to be careful out there. Too many tragedies.

The parking lot had several red cars!

When we were there a few weeks ago...

It was a lovely afternoon out on the patio. Soon to come to an end. I'm glad we went out for it!

Jenn - earlier this evening we went to our Farmer's Market, which always has live music. Tonight it featured the sons of some friends of ours. A lovely evening all the way around. I am with you that people take way too many chances when passing. I observed a near collision between a car and a motorcycle - car's fault - if it had happened, I would have been in the middle of it due to no fault of mine!

Always nice to pop out and have yourselves some fun. Great photos and look around, thanks Jenn :D0

I didn't realize it wasn't illegal in Ontario to cross on a double line. All these years, I thought it was. I wonder what the law is here, in California. I must check.
