Tuesdays are our busy day.
Hubby does Meals On Wheels in the morning and I have my client in the afternoon.
Summer is so short, I love eating by the water. Don't you love people-watching??!! Especially if they are on boats.
I took some baby's breath from my flowers, and tucked it into my hair.
I wanted mussels, but they'd run out. There seem to be a few problems like this, with the number of patrons over the summer. We both had the sea bass.
Across the lake, I spotted some crows harassing a red-tailed hawk. Usually, it is the osprey that we see there fishing.

The wind was quite strong. This guy had some trouble but he made it!
This lively young group wanted me to take their photo, which I did!
With the addition of the public docks, parking is at a premium. Some are fishing, others going into the restaurant.
This guy had some trouble. Beware those who have 'rental' on the side of the boat!

A bit tricky docking that boat, and what a zoom to see the birds, not fair on the one by himself, with others circling round. What a great place for an outing, and so many congrats on your anniversary, how did I miss that? Hugs from a VERY windy, almost gale, at our home this morning.

Love the 'facinator au naturel'! Great people AND bird watching... YAM xx
Nothing like great eats with great views.
Congratulations. A nice outing for you.
I recon that might be me docking that boat. I'm a land lubber you see. You had a lovely place to eat - birding and eating sea bass at the same time. What could be better as long as you had a nice glass of wine too?
happy anniversary!!! i love eating outdoors, by the water is an extra added bonus!!!
nice captures, you did well on the flight images!!!!
It looks like it was a pleasant day to be out having a meal.
Beautiful place for an Anniversary celebration ... and Happy Belated wishes to both of you. Dinner looks yummy . It is no wonder that this place is so popular in the summer. I'd want to go there if we were in the area, I'm sure anybody would!
And yes, Rental boats and rental RVs both deserve a 'beware' warning. Though as boaters (owners) we'd have to admit that there are times when it is really difficult to dock -- the wind can change in an instant.
