Freedim's just another word...

It is amazing the things I spot on the dashcam.

I spotted this looking for something else. It struck me that it is an unsecured load.

Carleton Place, Sept. 2nd, at least it is the Canadian and Ontario flags displayed.

This Freedimmer has been seen from Ottawa to south eastern Ontario, and frequently in Perth. Here he was in Perth.

Our old MPP is generally withdrawing from public Perth participation. His situation was outlined in this article. Thank goodness. He is looking for work.

The dude that swore at our Deputy Minister last month (Elliot McDavid, with the beard), and quite proud of it, has appeared with cops and people like this, wearing USA paraphernalia. The collusion is awful. There is no love. Lockdowns are done.

Sadly, the new leader of Canada's Conservative Party is Pierre Poilievre. This is NOT good news. He's been seen with the Truck Convoy people, and their ilk. He is against everything (taxes, gun laws, truth, the government) and holds every conspiracy theory out there. With an anti-elitist agenda, he is a millionaire. A career politician, with a hefty pension and at least three homes, he is appealing to the anti-everything people.

"After months of watching the CPC Party leadership campaign I did not see any meaningful positions taken by PP on critical policy issues. Only rage farming and Trump style populist BS to the uninformed. The next few years will be toxic."
A new phrase, rage farming. We'll see what the future brings after all this, on September 11th. I am looking forward to a quiet Autumn, and a quieter winter. We'll say goodbye to our migrating and hibernating critters, flora and fauna.

I've  garden chores to do and it takes me away from the crazies. Why can't people just be good to one another and respect differences?

We are looking forward to sports and people watching from our easy chairs. It is entertaining.

Yet another new phrase, but it somehow fits tRump perfectly. Sorry to read that you are in for a toxic few years now, too. How anyone could back these people is beyond me.

To think that PP was voted overwhelmingly. The Reform Party has officially trumped out.

It is time to forget politics for a bit until sanity returns.

Rage farming is the perfect term. Sadly their crops are doing very, very well. World wide.

Jenn .. we have quite a few here in Kingston but I don't go out much so I haven't had to see these idiots ... rage farming is new to me too, some how it suits these lower than human examples ... I am confounded why anyone would support these complete stooges.
I am so looking forward to a real Fall ... with some gorgeous colours on the trees .. fingers crossed ! The cooler weather might inspire us to get to those garden chores ? LOL

I googled freedims - no results. It looks like life in Canada since Covid is not dull. The sad part is that problems with the virus are not over yet.

That "man", and I'm being generous in calling him that, is the very reason I will never vote Tory.

Sorry you are dealing with the same anti everything forces. We are dealing with south of the border. But I do know a few things. It takes decades of determination and getting people behind you to make real change. These people don't have what it takes, most of them are old anyway, and they are turning off more people than they are enlisting. Live right and keep the faith and enjoy your life as you have been. Bless you friend

So I guess that Canada has a few crazies. Oklahoma is full of them. Full on nut jobs.

I'm glad you kept your distance from that rocking chair.
It's sad and scary that the Trump infection has spread to Canada.

Pierre was the worst of a poor bunch.

I cannot understand why anyone would follow such a person that the conservatives chose. Perhaps "understand" is the problem. Don't think, just react?

There are crazies all over, we have our share of them here.
It is sad to see some are getting elected.
Take care, enjoy your day! Have a happy new week!

The American infection has taken hold here, oh so sad & now PP the traitor is freely elected to bring more of the dimwits to focus.

I'm so sorry that some of the worst possible ideas/activities from down here have migrated up there. These people would be laughable if only the whole movement wasn't so frightening. I hadn't heard the term "freedimmers" before and plan to use it myself in conversation, so thank you for that.

I just wish they'd all go find a new country and settle there. Take ours, too, please!
