Off I went
I love getting out in the fresh air, but walking isn't so pleasant. There is much melting water. And moss is green!!!!A mystery bird... you can see the difficulty identifying it! The sounds of the wetland are lovely, though!
The chickadees fly about the shoreline of the wetland, which is becoming increasingly wet.
One winter this fine feathered friend stuck around all winter!
JB took pity on me, and took me out to dinner after my volunteer work.
It's the first video, and proof. We've had winters where the robins didn't fly south (see above), but I know this is part of the magic of the changing of the seasons.
Of course, Butch raccoon!

It is sunny so it might be a nice day for a short drive.
...robins are always a welcomed sight, hold in there, things will get better.
Beautiful nature photography and wonderful 'walking ' photos ~

A meal out, and look at that fur and lovely face, he is smiling at you. Down here, cool mornings, almost frost time already, and you are enjoying some spring melt and bird songs. Great pillow with removable arm or shoulder rests, that is so innovative and practical.
Aw, the sights, sounds and feel of Spring! I've got my garden seeds ready and am looking forward to another planting. Could your mystery bird be a tree sparrow? Love those jazzy snow men/women on your sidebar!
It has to get ichy before we get good spring weather.
I love the changing scents of the season -- miss that if not the mud.
Awww, that dog is irresistible.
