Babysitting Day 6: seagull, turtles, pool play

Yes, I bravely took the girls in the canoe. It is a tippy one, not like my old one. We saw a seagull, muskrat, pretend owl and three painted turtles.

Feeding the goldfish
Ringing the school bell!

Foam Girls!
Shaving foam has been a wonderful activity!

From our Foam Girls! movie!
Isabelle has the best stance.
Grampa was a great participant.

You can see Dorah circling the pool perimeter, wanting badly to play. In the afternoon we were back outdoors in the kiddie pool. Dorah was keen to play but intimidated by the water!
She likes to sit on the end of the bed when I'm telling the girls their bedtime stories!
Josephine had fun with the water after we used up all of the shaving foam! We had to come in because the rain was getting hard.

Hours of fun!

That's me caught up on you again... I'm tired just following you!!! SFTM is my kinda place, but so is mucking about on water. Always it is the simple things which truly spark the imagination and the girls will have wonderful memories made this summer! YAM xx

I wonder what Dorah makes of all the extra voices in the house when the grandchildren are around.

Dorah loves the action. She'll hop up on the bed at story time! The others, not so much, although Izzy's fed Sadie several times! They're tight!
