We are living in a winter deer yard, and a beaver video

I love coming home, along the driveway, when deer scatter. They look at me as if to say, "What are you doing in our yard?

Of course, it's been a deer yard for thousands of years, human for only about 30.

Then there is the beaver who lives in a culvert in town. It crawled up on the land to find food.

It was a heckuva storm: 20 cm here in S.E. Ontario. The wind was amazing. It left a lovely cotton bating on the roof. The difference between a January storm and a March one, are the dripping icicles!
