World powers agree to fund Libyan opposition
Representatives from 22 countries and six international organizations meeting in Rome have agreed to set up a special fund to help finance Libyan rebels. The cash-strapped rebels had requested financial support.

I guess I would be more for that conflict if I could trust the end result. The truth is that it is very hard to trust ANYONE in that region because one day they are your friends and the next day they are sharpening the knives for your back! W.C.C.
