The billionaires are sucking up to the far right bigots, misogynists, and disrespecting people they consider different. They are out of their minds. Profits over principles.
There are huge conspiracy theories around, but we know who are doing the most harm to our children. It's not the LGBTQ community.

Firefighters, what a plane! This was from CBC.
Our plane, hired by California, collided with a drone flying illegally. It's been under repair for a week. What a criminal action. The fines, in the US, are $75,000 for the incursion in the area of the fire.
Witnesses can report their concerns to Transport Canada through its drone incident reporting portal. Other aviation incidents may be reported at Incident reporting: Report an aviation incident.

I have been seeing people leaving facebook lately, they are not happy. Things are changing and they are not good changes.
I agree the firefighters and first responders are heroes.

Oh geese, I didn't know while they removed fact checking that Meta had taken away some LBGTQ rights. There's also a new social network called Bluebird, or something like that. I signed up, but haven't been back to see if they have anything interesting happening. I do so appreciate the Canadians who are helping with the wildfires. Golly, I hope the trucks don't take over your city like they did last year.

I am mostly on BlueSky for social media although I have some reasons to use FB.
It is all becoming very toxic, and despicable. But yay for the firefighters! They and their kind give me a flicker of hope.
