This is a look back. This was Josephine's favourite video. She would play it over and over again!
We don't really 'do' Easter. I do decorate, as the kids love the celebration. It was a theme in all of my classrooms.
Bear is sporting his new tie and cape. He is rotting, sadly, I don't know how long he'll last. I should source another. I think they gave him to me in Muskoka, around 2008-ish? I painted him a splendid, thick black coat of Behr, and it's protected him... He's starting to split, though. I've filled him with
I just had someone tell me that she would drive her kids to school, past the house everyday last school year. They would look to see what he was wearing! A cashier at the grocery store in town gave hubby a great apron, one year. Another gave me a 4' x 6' flag that was too big for their father's yard, and we've been flying that! People have been so kind.
Apparently, we shall have an Irish Viking Easter ceremony next weekend. I'll keep you posted!
Frosty has a new outfit. S/he is non-binary.
"Jesse in Lake!" Jess and Stacie visited us in Muskoka in 2009. We would snuggle with my laptop, and she would demand this video.
She's 9, now. Hard to believe where the time goes.

Happy day(s)! Oh dear, Mr Bear is a icon, fur sure - hes' pawsome!!! Can he be 'stapled', stabled... laminated??! YAM xx
Good question, Yam. I've already caulked him, with bathroom-type stuff. I only had dark brown, but he looks OK. He is rotten inside the base. I so sad!
Happy Easter Jenn!
Hello, I hope you and your family had a happy Easter. Loved the photos and cute videos. Happy Monday, enjoy your new week ahead!
Beautiful.
Easter kind of gets a nod here too; it gets done, but we don't exactly DO it.
Time does fly. I don't do Easter, aside from stocking up on chocolate, though I did spend Good Friday in an odd capacity- touring Notre Dame and Beechwood Cemeteries here. I took lots of shots.
It's true. Kids grow too quickly. It's great that you've got these videos to cherish the memories.
