Cluny! (in B.C.!) |
Happily, I had an online chat with my son, in Vancouver, who sent a video of our granddaughter!
Isn't this crazy weather? |
Still have frogs about! They began hopping into the water as the temperatures dropped last night. It is bizarre, since it was frozen over a couple of days ago. First photo, Nov. 24, snow on the ice on the pond. The third photo, early morning, a couple jumped in upon seeing me. Of course, I was a fright, in jammies, coughing and all! I think I counted 7 or 8.
I've seen the hawk overhead. This is an old video, as I haven't managed a current photo!

Hello, your granddaughter is precious! I love all your critters. Cute kitties! I guess the frogs are braving the weather. The hawk visitor is awesome. I hope you are feeling better soon, take care. Thanks for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
Wasn't that a crazy weather day! It dropped like a stone here too. One minute it poured rain, then we had freezing rain that covered the back porch with a slick coating, then it rained again. It snowed a bit but not enough to lay around.
We have the cold going around here too. Daughter and family have it, but I hope it doesn't come to my house. Take lots of Vit. D!
LOVE the photo of the grandbaby. What a sweet shot.
We get sharp shinned hawks from time to time. The other birds scram. The squirrels don't but they stop what they are doing and watch it very closely.
Buster is our garter snake, must be a popular nickname. Glad you are on the upswing with the cold. - Margy
Aww sweet granddaughter!
Cluny is beautiful, all wrapped up. Take care out there in the cold, jamas need lots of extra layers on if you are outside!!! Super trailcam pics. Take care, rest up, and maybe a nap in the daytime to top up the loss of nighttime sleeps.
Great photo of the sharpie just staring down at the feeders in case lunch is hanging around.
Quite an impressive hawk!
What brave frogs to still be out and about! Hope you are feeling better and getting lots of sleep.
