Tree frogs are singing - mystery bug, too.

The gray tree frogs are chittering away in the trees. I'm not sure why!
Mating season is over. They start up in the fall, despite mating season being over. You can hear him in the video below.




In the meantime, there is a bug that bugs me. I don't know what it is. Perhaps a June bug???? Bug experts, please tell me!

In the dark, in the Hop bine, I could hear a noise. I'm not sure what it is.
Any thoughts, my nature nut friends?!

Sigh. I'm afraid we don't have enough trees to have tree frogs here. We used to have them long, long ago. Yours look quite big.
