Buster wasn't much help today. Too hot, too buggy! I think he's been in fights with Fred Groundhog, who is digging a tunnel on our front lawn. |

Dorah and I ran down to the frog pond, puffing hard. She has a deerfly on her head, bugs were bad. |
It seems it was eating a wild strawberry, but there were wings on the other side of the leaf. It looks like my Widow skimmer. |

Nice series of photos, the dragonflies are my favorite shots.
I love your summer! Your dragonflies are quite cooperative (mine will NOT hold still for long enough for this old lady to fumble around with her camera!) Now I think of it, I'm sure it isn't your dragonflies, but that you are younger and a more talented photographer.
