We've been eating out for a bit, without kitchen utensils or energy to cook.
Amazing building, this one, with old limestone walls. It overlooks the Tay River, which runs through town.

Mexicali's is one of our favourite places to meet up with friends in Perth! Did you check out the enormous carp that inhabit the Tay River that runs alongside the outdoor patio section of the restaurant? Wonderful spot!
Good for you! We have one Mexican food restaurant in Powell River. It's OK but not the same as we got in Southern California. I don't miss living down there, but I do miss the great Mexican food. - Margy
