Snow, more snow,
how much snow can one shovel? As much as you need to.
But, with March, let's hope not much more.
My world has lots of white snow, speckled with critters.
Snowmobiles
-- but there are spots of colour here and there.
The wonderful sumac that is the gift that keeps on giving.
Evidence of things unseen.
Those pileated woodpeckers bug-huntin'.
And trees whose vertical balance remains a mystery.
The line of snow punctuates its lines. But, one day... tiiiiiimmmmbbberrrrr!

Love that sumac! The color's coming, I am sure of it! These are lovely shots.
Oh, I love the sumac, too! Spring will find us -- one of these days! Great shots as always! Hope you have a great week!

Wonderful shots! I like that snow mobile. :)
Awesome/ beautiful photos here. How easy to appreciate all the color against a backdrop of white. :)
Love the cheerful bright red against the snow.
It looks pretty but it is time for winter to move on and make place for spring. We are finally enjoying a wonderful sunny day!
Those woodpeckers must have found the mother lode of bugs.
It's snowing here in Tennessee, but I'm happy to say that we don't have nearly as much as you do. But we do have pileated woodpeckers who have been as busy as yours have been.
I like the woodpecker holes a lot. What work they had to do for a meal.
