Now, where did that lake go?
Despite winds, snow, no sleet yet, but there was hail... we managed our Meals on Wheels Delivery. Picked up from Cassie's. Can you see the snow falling?!
What a day!
On the way I stopped in the blinding snow and made Train for Josephine video for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Geeks 'R Us!
Here we are: three generations last Christmas...

Impressive video, Jenn! Nice to see the Maple Leaf flapping in the breeze!
Oh, Jenn, there is intro silliness till 2:02 in, but this is a nice rendition of a great song 'bout a Canadian snowplow driver:

OK, that looks pretty bad.
Good video! I will now acknowledge winter! Sigh, I was hoping we were going to get away with out one this year! Well it was good exercise shoveling the driveway!
Look at the snow! We got a little lat night...just a little. I checked out your Wolfe Island video. I must be weird but I actually enjoy watching the turbines turning. :)
I wonder why the business people of Bala don't want a dam. Would the dam be built in the middle of Bala? I know there's a falls there. Hmmm.
I took pictures today of my lake and we didn't get the snow! The wind is horrendous though and our whole house is shaking!
We only got 20 cm of snow, but the winds were around 60 kph. I took a couple of shots of the snow driving sideways, but haven't uploaded them yet...
Your granddaughter looks so sweet. In about 10 days I shall see my two grandsons, one aged 1 and the other aged 3 – I’ll try to take some decent pictures of them for a post. They grow so fast – it seems only a little while ago that my daughters were little girls.
