Fire in Napanee

What terrible smoke. We were just leaving Napanee, having had a nice lunch. I did some research, once I remembered which town we'd eaten in! It was a marathon trip!

NAPANEE -- Twenty-two Greater Napanee firefighters responded to a fire at a scrap metal recycling yard around 2:15 p.m. on Friday. Several cars caught fire in the back of a trailer after having been crushed. Black smoke was visible from the town of Napanee as up to a dozen scrap cars burned.
