A bit of a shocking day. I knew a storm was coming. I watched it carefully. I had a client to visit. I had myself a really nice little lunch. My tooth is still sore, I ended up chomping off a chunk of tooth.
What I thought was I could do a brief visit with my client, and see how I feel. My dentist's office is closed over lunch. I lasted an hour, and headed home to phone.
Twice this week, someone needed to go around our car onto the shoulder right beside our mailbox, to pass while we waited to turn into our driveway.I have an appointment for Monday. My dental insurance may or may not cover a crown. Perhaps it is too late for that. Root canal or remove the tooth?
To quote my 2nd husband, not made of sugar, "They don't tell you the first 60 years are easy!" Joe Brian went out after the storm and fetched dinner. I can't believe the rain! Nearly 44 mm Thursday (1.72").

The rain sure curtailed our roofers’ day.
It sure did rain! The combination of heat and rain has my garden doing so well. Sorry about your tooth. Dental problems are a pain!
We only got about 5 minutes of rain at our place but it seemed to be a lot heavier closer to the lake.
Bummer your tooth repair is misbehaving. Maybe the dentist won't charge for a redo. You should be able to eat without breaking off the tooth! Linda in Kansas
Oh my it is bucketing rain out there! I so hope you aren't in pain, good luck with whatever procedure they do.
Oh more storms. I hope things are ok there.
We had a heavy rain yesterday too -- wonder if it's part of the same front. I'm tired of it!
What a day! I am so sorry about that tooth. Painful, worrisome, and no doubt expensive
The rain is incredible. We have had rain here, but the worst storms are going north and south of us, causing flash flooding in some areas.
It seems like you've been experiencing weather extremes all spring.
I had my front tooth break off totally. It was such a shock but the dentist was able to cement on a replacement which is pretty amazing. She said my other front tooth looks like it could go too. Yeowch...
That is a LOT of rain. We had 7 inches of rain last week and it washed the creek clean for a while.
Geeze passing on the right like that is not even legal around here.
