🔥House Fire in Perth (Jan., 2023)
They are making much progress on the home tormented by fire. It is a relief to see it coming along. 
Saturday, three of them went to see Choir! Choir! Choir! at the NAC. They perform songs from various decades, and the audience sings along.

Happy looking girls (of all ages). Those houses are everything imaginable...from simple and small to mansions! I do like the blue barn.
That is quite a lot of house for $1.5m compared to many places. Not that most of us could afford it.
You would think that a million dollar plus home would have more bedrooms and bathrooms:) Nice haircuts, especially your daughter...looks easy to maintain:)

I often wonder how any young person can afford to buy a house these days.
I enjoy looking at real estate, too. Even with zero plans to move. 11 acres, that would be great!
