I was sent several cook books, and they look terrific. They are Canadian, and I like that, too.
Published by Robert Rose, each page shows the nutritional values per serving, which helps people like me who are counting or watching calories. They have a wide variety of books, all which will help us manage our nutritional needs better.

so many of my friends and family are eating within these guide lines, primarily gluten free. most of our favorite restaurants offer gluten free options on their menus.
i have MS and lot's of MS-ers are eating this way, with what they call, great results.
i love my old cook books but find i rarely use them as i am grabing recipes from pinterest and using my ipad to view them as i cook.
on my blog.....for most of our selfies, we use a very compact tripod. on the balloon ride, there was another couple riding along and they took a few pictures for us!!
We have vegans, vegetarians, paleo dieters, diabetics type one and two, meat and potatoes guys, juice dieters, and who knows what all in our extended family --- I hope whiche ver you try works for you.
