Cinnamon Walkies

We do have fun, me and my cat. He loves walking with me.

Mostly, he accompanies me when I fetch the trailcam memory cards, then he urges me to visit Lot #3.

The frog pond is so dry, he walked on it!

 Tree climbing is important!

A brand new little pine tree. I wish it well.

It's been so dry, I only spotted a couple of toadstools. I hope we get some!

I noticed several places where our bear has moved these rocks. They like the small critters and insects, and they have this mad need for food to last them during hibernation.

We made it back safely, this is where he chose to sit! It was lovely on the back deck on Sunday. I read my book.

You have a very good companion following you on your walk. Cinnamon most likely really enjoys these adventure outings. Bear? do you carry bear spray with you when you walk the trails? Love the tiny little pine.

Always fun to see your walkies with Cinnamon. Its a shame there's road noise from the highway intruding on your woodland.

Your cat is a little adventurer. I love that he joins you on your walks. Does he ever get distracted by the frogs or just keep exploring?

Cinny looks like he could protect you from the bear? Linda in Kansas

An otter? Is that common in your area?

He's often distracted, Melody! Usually by red squirrels.

No, I'm just loud. We've good bears, who fear humans. There are lots of hunters around, and they know to keep away. They are seldom by the house!

We do have river otters, but no river. Maybe a young 'un looking for territory.
