First, we watched the space launch. It takes a village.
Here on Earth, close to home, I am happy seeing miniFred. At least I think it is the young one. Hard to tell! She is hypervigilant.
I explored, and she's been working on her entrance/exit,
and reopened the one at the back of the shed.
The critters work hard to find food and live a good life. This is Barry Beaver's work. I was fascinated, since the sap is dripping. Barry is still frozen in the wetland in his dam.

I wonder if the coyotes scared miniFred. Linda in Kansas
I'm so glad to see your daffs are finally beginning to pop up! And Mini-Fred. True signs of spring. I love CInnamon's house!
When I tuned into last night's news everything was slow motion timing, waiting for the space launch, showing it's wonderful power, then waiting for the separation of stages while the commentators rambled. But it did remind me of how so many events were just taken for granted at the end of the space shuttle era. I think my kids and their dad went to see one launch during those years, driving from Tampa across the state.
How interesting it is to see the sap dripping..or is it frozen? What fun it must be to see the movements and work of these little darlings. Keep posting ... I love seeing them.
Oh, the crocuses are here, and the daffs are coming. 👍
It is good to see one of the Fred walking about. I would be staying in my shelter this morning - it is cold here again.

Definitely more hopeful of improving weather - though I have just been sent a weather warning by my power company for severed happenings due over the next couple of days... tsk... YAM xx
You and your daffodils. We still have a layer of snow on the bulb bed. Sigh. And, yes, the temp changes are really a nuisance.
What a space trip!!! They are so brave, intrepid, I wonder at fearless as there surely must be some nervous feelings. Spring is coming up north, we are lighting the fire each night now.
That photo of Benny's work, omg that's amazing! It's good young Fred is on high alert, their life depends on it.
Great series on Fred! Take care, have a great day!
You have some VERY HARDY PLANTS.
A lot going on in your world as the weather turns. Always very interesting and now we can look forward to the antics of miniFred.
Hi :)
