🎨 I finally did a sketch!
Knowing we'd be away, I thought I'd put the Blue Sky app on my phone. Look what came up first when I searched for it! The rich keep getting richer.
💰 This is what we expect: trouble. Tariffs and trade are going to get complicated. Especially when someone doesn't understand who actually pays the tariff (the consumer). Why would all these billionaires, or their companies pay it?
We've examples of price fixing: potatoes, and bread. Then there is the rent fixing through YieldStar, which has happened on both sides of the border. Our province used to have rent controls. The Conservative Premier has bowed down to his rich developer friends.

The proposed tariffs will not be welcome by anyone who has to purchase anything, just about everybody. Economic disparity will get more extreme I fear. Loved your sketch...very realistic setting.
People all over the world will be watching the tariff promise with interest. And yes, the consumer will take the hit.

Oh boy Jenn, it’s never ending right now. I like to keep informed but I find myself staying away from the news. Social media is toxic. I believe fear and distraction are the weapons of choice, and having been skeptical, especially about politics, I never believe a word any of them say, haven’t for a long time.

I suspect that tariffs will be imposed but quickly lifted after 'the people' express their opinion
Nice sketch. It may all work out...who knows...I don't like Avocados anyways:) I read an article that said Medications especially over the counter would increase in price.
