We so often need rain that I understand just how you feel. We have had a wet year and some parts of Oz have been too wet, but I still welcome it. And rain-washed air is one of the very best of scents.
I have forgotten what the scent of rain smells like. I have almost forgotten what rain looks like. I've had even less than you. LOVE those clouds, though.

Over the last week we have had more rain & the gardens are most grateful & my rain barrels (butts) are full again. I'll take the rain, even all day, just please Mother Nature keep those destructive winds to yourself!
