When we drove the girls home from our adventure to Mill of Kintail and dinner out last week, there were crepuscular clouds!
It was so lovely to have rain. July was quite dry. Monday, Aug. 29th, it darkened, and there were suddenly thunderboomers all around us.
Here is August rainfall totals.

ReplyDeleteOh I do enjoy a bit of cloud spam!!! YAM xx
We have been getting light rain most of the morning. Perfect for the plants.
ReplyDeleteWe so often need rain that I understand just how you feel. We have had a wet year and some parts of Oz have been too wet, but I still welcome it. And rain-washed air is one of the very best of scents.
ReplyDelete...it's finally raining here this afternoon. We have received more rain today than all month. Life is good!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful skies. We had thunderstorm warnings all yesterday, but it seemed to stay south of here.
ReplyDeleteThe crepuscular clouds and crepuscular rays are spectacular. I'm glad it has rained for you at last. We are still waiting for rain.
ReplyDeleteAll the best.
Pretty clouds
ReplyDeleteDreamy cloud shots
ReplyDeleteI have forgotten what the scent of rain smells like. I have almost forgotten what rain looks like. I've had even less than you. LOVE those clouds, though.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to see I'm not the only one to take photos of the clouds :0
ReplyDeleteOver the last week we have had more rain & the gardens are most grateful & my rain barrels (butts) are full again. I'll take the rain, even all day, just please Mother Nature keep those destructive winds to yourself!
I do like those clouds :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
