I happened upon Anvilcoud's post one day, I loved the photos. When I was at my client's home, a particularly unexpectedly long gig (4 hours), I knew I had saved this idea for such a time.
Winter drawings are more difficult, but there are lots of grasses here! I need to replace my green colouring pencils, anyway. The browns are getting low, too...
I have found inspiration from the peeps at Paint Party Friday and I try to do (at least) one sketch a week. It's a different brain function, and I find it relaxing.

ReplyDeletethis may be relaxing for you but it would frustrate me with my limited talent.
ReplyDeleteLove the barn. That's one of my favorite things to paint or draw. Your winter scene is great. Hope you can do this same scene with grass and tree leaves soon.
ReplyDeleteHi Jen. This is a great country piece of art. I really like barn art this feels like I could go there.

ReplyDeleteIt's been a while I've seen a barn with my own eyes...oh, I miss summer and enjoying driving in countryside roads again. Have a good week!
