We'd driven Aug. 11th to Kingston to visit with Jordan. Our Kingston trip! Joe drives, as the pressure to take photos is too much for him! I am in charge of the photography, mostly from the window. I love the scenery. The big bales of hay in the fields. the clouds, the water. Seeing as it won't be too long before winter sets in, let us celebrate summer!

I like to take photos, but sometimes I shudder. He was standing up, no visible life jacket, casting into the water.
This always makes me laugh, 'Red Neck Air Force.'
These Panicle Hydrangea are always impressive.

Our local farm, Millers Bay. They have fresh produce galore.
I also loathe traffic circles. They are taking about putting one in here. I hope they don’t.

ReplyDeleteInteresting photos of your local area. We have plenty of roadworks and road cones here too. What is that interesting looking red structure on the water, a boat taking a ferry ride perhaps?

ReplyDeleteNice trip. I hate traffice circles too. and our suburb is installing lots of them. It's Kansas; we're all flat and can see where we're going! Then they put tall plants or artwork in the middle, so we can't see around the circle! Linda
