Saturday's Critters

It's been busy here. Lots of leaves to blow. I'm trying not to run the critters over.

The bedstraw hawk moth caterpillar (so says iPhotos) was crawling across the driveway, as well as the Isabella Wooly, and a giant leopard moth.

The barred owl watched me. I heard it calling from where I was in the meadow and found it.

Coyotes come and go, talking of Michelangelo.

 We had 8 deer visit.

Deer to the right of us, deer to the left...

  1. Love the doe who was somewhat spooked by the crow. It was good to see the deer. When do you start putting out food for them?

I had a deer run out in front of my car this morning on the way to dialysis, a very close call. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.

  6. A wonderful selection of critters! It's definitely leaf season here, too. But today they are very soggy with all the rain.

  9. We watched that game and was absolutely astounded. We seriously did not think the Dodgers would win. Art has that $1 bet with our son living in Africa now and he's going to have to send him that $1 in our next letter since Art thought the Jays would win too. We were really impressed with the Jays and felt so sorry for them.
