How do I do this?!

I'm looking for some way to translate this. Can anyone give me suggestions?

I tried Clideo, but I needed to know the language they were speaking. sigh. Same with Google Translate.

They tried to scam me, but didn't hang up after voicemail kicked in. I know they were laughing at me, but I won and stuck to my guns. They were persistent and called me 18 times. I blocked them a couple times.

The phone number came up as our bank's #. This is what mystified me.

Jenn, Google Translate has a 'detect language' function so you don't have to know what is being spoken. At least my version has it - should be the same for you I'd think... YAM xx

  3. They are persistent are they not?
My bank has never called me unless it was regarding a home loan or a closing.

I hate scammers and they are getting more and more clever.

  5. They can make it look like the calls are coming from any number -- even your own.
