Fred has been a busy beaver. Here was Fred last July!
Here is Fred in April 2025! Such pretty colours!
Here is his burrow. Well, one of them. It is in the edge of the back lawn.
Our deer still seem to be pregnant. We are crossing our fingers to see a fawn or two.
Then, the bird feeders. The cow birds have returned.
I started the pond pump. It is merrily bubbling away. Soon, I'll pop the goldfish in there.
I think they are pregnant!
Beautiful photos! It's nice to see what's happening in your garden.
ReplyDeleteHello Jenn,
ReplyDeleteI love your deer images, cute Fred and the birds.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy Easter weekend. PS, thanks so much for leaving me a comment.
It would be fun to see some fawns! I agree, that's a rather round side of the deer you videoed.

ReplyDeleteYes, they do look gravid to me. And Fred is just too cute! YAM xx
There is a school and sports field across the way. Sue noticed this morning that the grass is green. It was brown yesterday.
ReplyDeleteSpring finally seems to be here.
ReplyDeleteFred is really cute and fun to watch. And I hope those deer have cute little fawns soon!
ReplyDeleteFred is very photogenic. Loved all the critters.
ReplyDeleteI do hope that you (and we) see some fawns soon.
ReplyDeleteIt's still very brown. I guess I'm impatient for green
ReplyDeleteYou have such a collection of critters and you have named many of them.
ReplyDeleteYour spring is beginning nicely. How lucky you are to live where ground hogs, deer, and all types of creatures come to visit, and some to stay. I always enjoy coming back to see what 's happening next.
ReplyDeleteGreat critters!
