We took a drive to Newboro for lunch. It's changed hands and the lunch menu was limited to pizza, or soup and sandwiches. I am hoping it is the winter menu, as things slow in this tourist town in winter.
I do like this house, with its bridge. It needs a bit of work, though.
We headed to Narrows Lock. Isn't this a lovely mailbox situation?!
After all that rain, I'll bet the ice is gone or nearly done. We had 25mm (1"). It was wet and cold, and I'll rely on archive photos.

ReplyDeleteWe didn't get any snow last night and the sun is shining brightly over us. The flooding in our area is REALLY bad. Our neighbours farm is under water and their lane has been washed away. A lot of cleanup and repair work today.

I mean that meal is pretty easily done at home, even if it is not quite the same. BTW, the new coffee shop in town requires $20 for that meal, and I don’t know if it included coffee.
