There were issues. The thing came right away from the elbow. There is a large patio tile underneath and it doesn't harm the garden. It still bothered me, though.
Up I went. Now, this isn't my first rodeo. I had the drill, and the correct drill bit, with 4 screws in my pocket. (I thought I'd need two.) By the time I got up there, I realized the strap won't work long-term.
Teetering up there, my gloves were wet and my hands numb. I couldn't get the ladder close enough because of the pile of snow.
🪫Once atop the ladder, rookie mistake, I had not checked the drill. The battery was dead. Back indoors, past dratted red squirrel searching for dropped bird seed.
Spring may be coming, but not this morning.

When my daughter and I were hanging the decorations for my grandsons birthday, we both dropped all the thumbtacks. lol I can understand dropping the screws especially when it's cold and your fingers are numb.

ReplyDeletespring conditions can bring about some nasty problems with drains. the freezing thawing routine creates the problem.
