Merry Christmas & Happy Hanukkah

That was a fun morning. It was darkish and still snowing when I cleared the driveway. It was terribly satisfying getting it all cleaned up.

We had 10 cm. It makes everything so pretty.

Nutmeg has been going to bed early! All by herself. I am loathe to hang up my housecoat. She can be a troubled little cat.

I've been reading by the fire!

We watched a series Ellis (Inspector 2024), and a movie, Eye in the Sky (2015) Helen Mirren. I watched The Dressmaker (AU 2015) which was vulgar, and funny and just what I needed! Joe played on YouTube.

Tonight I'm having a nice baby quiche with a side of broccoli, Joe is having a premade frozen chilli. Easy peasey. There is a desrth of classic Christmas movies.

I hope your celebrations or holidays, if you've time to read this, go well!

I've just spent the day binging all ten episodes of the steampunk Jules Verne romp on Amazon called Nautilus. First ep is a tad ropy, but it definitely ramps up and now I'm ready for them to announce the next series! Happy day. YAM xx
