Even though we cannot sit by a lake, driving around them is lovely.



In the light of flooding, characteristic of the Anthropocene era, this bunkie looks a bit close to the water and a high flood area.

I love this home. The well is amazing. We'll have to go back and I'll get a proper photo!


The river looked inviting. The weeds have turned a beautiful colour.

The little house, could that be on wheels, and towed away home sometime? Lovely larger home, with the stone well, a real beauty.You too have fall colours, they are further south as well.
ReplyDeleteAs sad as I am about the loss of the railway, it's very exciting to see the rail beds in use. They have been doing a lot of work on the beds near my house. We can now ride right into the heart of Algonquin Park on a wonderful trail.
