There's my girl! This is one of the paths down the hill, as I stood down in the meadow.

Daisy and I wrapped up hubby's water fountain for winter. It needs to be emptied, then dried with a towel. We'd done it just before the rains. We were rewarded with a rainbow.

It was a great showing this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the beautiful photos! Happy Monday ♥
ReplyDeleteYes, the colours were wonderful but almost all of our trees are bare now except for some bright maples, a few cherries, oaks, and beeches.
ReplyDeleteWe had very few walnuts this year but the wild apple trees and autumn olive trees were so full of fruit that it has been very difficult to walk under them.
A carpet of golden leaves, the last time I saw something like that was in Central Otago in 1986!!! Beautiful, love the fountain overcoat!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! This is absolutely golden! I wonder how the colors are changing in Illinois. I shall have to ask my daughter.
ReplyDeleteYou have awesome color. I would just stand and look at it and let it soak in.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall colours! Those cats do enjoy following you around.
ReplyDeleteForest walks at this time of year are amazing, as shown in these very special photos :)
