ReplyDeleteblack dogs, too. that's why i adopted two of them together. :)
ReplyDeleteI did not know that black cats have special personalities. All your kitties are cute. I know you have wonderful memories of the ones that have crossed the rainbow bridge.. Adorable photos. Thank you for sharing your critter post and linking up. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteOliver with the deer's quite a cute shot. My parents had cats who would interact with deer from time to time in cottage country.
ReplyDeleteWe always had cats growing up, and among them were a couple of black cats, Misty and Tucker. They were such good cats.
Memories and photos, black cats have that special look, but I like every one of type, shape and colour. Lovely photos of the then little ones, Hope you are recovering to full strength, and nights of sleep once again. Hugs. Jean.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cats! I don't understand why people don't like black animals.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cat photos. I love black cats too. We once had one named Philip Pirrip (Pip). after the character in Great Expectations.

ReplyDeletePuurrrrfect post!!! Meanwhile, we had the warmest Halloween on record here in the UK... spooky enough! YAM xx
Super time to show off your black cats.
ReplyDeleteWonderful tribute to your pets.
ReplyDeleteI had a black cat named Max for over twenty years. I also had a 29 gallon fish tank. He didn't break the lid, but he did send it into the tank. There was a big noise, the lid was in the tank, and there was Max, mostly wet.

Nice memories of past pets.

Your picture of Oliver really makes me think of our Stick Tail. I still miss him so. Every once in a while I see him out of the corner of my eye. His spirit must still be watching out for me. - Margy
