Goldfish are indoors, Geraldine jumps

Every year I bring in some goldfish as the pond freezes over, on the top.

Geraldine, however, is on her own!

Geraldine's challenge is to get up into her flower pot. She gave up, as I was draining the pond to reach the goldfish. It's filling up, again, with the rain barrel! Reduce, reuse, recycle!

    You bring in goldfish, I brought in geraniums. I'm still trying to perfect my over-winter techniques to save the flowers. Back in California, my Mom had beds of geraniums that lasted from year to year. With our freezing temps I lose them every winter. - Margy
