    Loved seeing all the pictures. Interesting about making syrup. I've never really thought about how much sap is needed. Wow! that's a lot of sap.

    I was sorry when we couldn't stay in Vermont long enough to see the sugaring process (they closed the RV Park fr the season). It must be so interesting.
