This is how to capture deermice. Again, they managed to get into the plastic garbage can. They chewed holes, or something did. They must be hungry.

    I wonder if the winter of the big snow has contributed to a high population of deer mice?

    Bit behind in my viewing but what a wonderful lot of reading and watching has been going on here!! The deer are always fun to see, but I loved that you caught the beaver and the deer mice on camera. ...there would be an argument for zinc storage bins over the plastic; but I'm sure these little wonders would find something else to stick around for! YAM xx
