Cat walkies - snow up to their armpits!

Love our critters! Visit more here
Both kittens love to watch the birds
from our front window!
First job: to shovel the walk.
They approve...
Yesterday, Buster sat huddled under the conifer tree in the photo (left).

Felix went up onto his grassy knoll, then came for a brief walk with me into the back yard as I fed the birds.

Felix came in.
Buster sat for an hour under the tree – in the cold.

Hubby went to the door, to call Buster in, he had to be cold, and Felix roared out and grabbed a bird from Buster.
I found the evidence later, as did Buster, the loser in the whole deal!
Boys...

Buster (right) looks ticked off, Felix stares upward.
"I didn't take your bird!"
Poor slow bird!

After I cleared off the driveway
both thought they'd like to walk down it.
Instead, I took them onto Oliver's Lot.

Looking for mice friends!
Snow stuck to his tail!
Buster, with shorter fur, doesn't have this problem!
Felix follows the deer path.
They thoughtfully tramp down the snow.
Then there are the turkeys!

  2. I enjoy your cat's adventures. Growing up in the mountains of the west the cats always got thrown out at night, regardless of the weather. They seemed to thrive.

  3. My cats are always leaving little "presents" for me by the back door. Your kitties are precious enjoying their snowy playtime. I love the turkeys ... I have turkey photos as well!

  7. Looks like they really enjoy the snow. Tonight I made a huge mistake. We were watching Cats from Hell on the Animal Channel and let our cat watch with us. After it was over he went back to some of his old annoying tricks. Think he's working on an angle to get on TV with the cat whisperer? -- Margy
