Buster exercises the frogs

peek!
Nestled on the mossy rock

all piled up, one grabbed an ant!
count them!
I love my new pond. Buster Brown loves his new friends, too. Normally they sit in the grass, and I nearly run them over in the lawn tractor.

  1. Surprising how soon critters take up residence.

  2. All that action in your pond. It's fabulous. I laughed and laughed at the video. I love it.
I used to live in Kamloops-Merritt area of BC, and there were lots of frogs near the small lakes. One road in particular would be covered in newly-hatched frogs crossing toward the water, and it was impossible to drive on it without squishing them. I hated to have to go there.
The frogs at your place must think you built the pond for them. And Buster Brown probably thinks it's his, with frogs for his entertainment.

  3. Too cute. You pond turned out very nice. Looks like it has been there naturally for years. - Margy
