Healing

I was reflecting upon hospitalization. I wrote a serious post on my Ontario Seniors blog: Hospitalization for Seniors. People need to know their rights and responsibilities.

Healing comes from within
not from a stranger who knows you little
look to what troubles you

walk in the sun
run in the rain

    Thoughtful! Makes me think which is what poetry shoud do sometimes. Since I love to walk in the sun and run in the rain I should be healed????
