Boating in Ontario - not improved by boating regulations IMHO

Stupidity and ignorance are not tested in the new boating regulations.

Firefighters rescue children from sailboat

Ottawa and Gatineau firefighters were called out to rescue people from two sailboats that ran into trouble on the Ottawa River Friday. The 2nd of such a rescue, since water levels on the river are low, people are not reading the water, let alone proper safety laws.
