Turns out it wasn't! We had 💧2 mm rain yesterday (Mon., March 16), and 🌨 5 cm snow in the wee hours today! But I'm getting ahead in my story!

I accidentally blew some snow on the sidewalk. Seeing as we were supposed to have rain Monday, I left it!
The asphalt is very warm from our warmer days, and I had to work quickly. It clogged the auger down at the highway. One cannot use the snow blower on slushy snow.
I worked on the end of the driveway. As I returned to the house, our two deer were at the feeder!
At the end of the day the sun came out.
Back to square one!

...it snowed over night here, but it's perhaps not the last.
ReplyDeleteWe had enough overnight for the plow guys to come, and see more in the forecast this week.
ReplyDeleteI think our dusting yesterday and last night will be our last snow. It only stuck to grass and roofs. But a bit was still coming down an hour ago without many clouds above. Glad you got most of the driveway cleared! Nice last shot of the spread outside.
ReplyDeleteYou work so hard to keep that sidewalk clear. After you win the lottery, install those heat warming wires within your sidewalk. Be careful. Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteit never ends this year.
ReplyDeleteI don't know anyone who works as hard to keep the walkway and driveway clear in winter, go girl!

ReplyDeleteNope, March is definitely not letting go of winter and embracing spring just yet... sigh... YAM xx
snow with that blue sky is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOur weather has been crazy, high winds and a little snow shower last night. We may have had some thunderstorms too. Take care, have a great day.
ReplyDeleteSnowblowers are sometimes a pain, but boy to they save on shovelling!
ReplyDeleteWow, you still have snow and I had to turn my AC on because it's hot here.
ReplyDeleteWe always think it is the last. Then nature surprises us!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, Jenn. We are getting snow ❄️ here in Montreal as well.
ReplyDeleteYour weather is really messing with your mind. I think you'll have to move out to Alberta.
ReplyDeleteIt was the wind here - the snow got rearranged, as did the furniture on my screened porch. The heavy chair blew right across the porch. Yike. We have not seen deer for a bit and figure they are still yarded below the hill, but the turkeys are back and very full of themselves.
