I'll have to celebrate the baseball game! We stayed up to watch. I struggled to stay up the night before. My dad would have been so happy! I tried to go to bed early the night before, but that didn't work. You can't just go to bed in the middle of a high stakes ball game.
This is Toronto. Familiar territory for me, as I lived downtown.
At Yonge & Dundas Jays fans are obeying the pedestrian scramble, as is the custom & returning to sidewalk each light cycle.

I used to play softball. Those days are gone! I used to bike, but began getting tendonitis! Ah, youth...
This was an interesting photo. I moved the heavy metal planter. I don't know how I took this photo???

Nice
ReplyDeleteI love how sports can bring people together again. It's going to be fun to watch the fans during the Series!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I feel sad for the Seattle Mariners that once again they are outside the World Series looking in I'm happy for Toronto.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter played softball, and I did some coaching.
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDelete....Nice never gets old!!! Brilliant. YAM xx
That's a lot you had to do this week.
ReplyDeleteI fell asleep during the game and missed the home run.
ReplyDeleteThat did make an interesting photograph ... however you took it it turned out well :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
But did you find the earbud case?
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy the Blue Jays won although I am not a sports fan at all. Love NICE agents!
ReplyDeleteThe Nice guy really hits my funnybone. I couldn't bring myself to watch the Jays/Mariners game seven. Too tense. I kept track, though. My stepgrandson works for the Mariners, and I am almost afraid to contact him. He will be so, so down.
ReplyDeleteHow fun to see. Makes me want to visit and escape the U.S. for awhile. Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteThat was funny to watch Jenn lol...thanks for sharing that video!
ReplyDeleteN.I.C.E. Agents. We could use some.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know what N.I.C.E. agents were. Had to look it up. I LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty pathetic what's happening in Illinois. My teacher buddies are all telling me what the ICE hoodlums are doing there. And neighbors are rebelling and telling them off.
