Forest bathing

The week began with me putting out garbage. Next I fed the deer in the snow!

Monday afternoon, Cinnamon and I went walkies in the sunshine. The coyotes have obviously been running through the forest. Their scat is quite furry compared to other critters.

The little dweeb decided he'd explore the frozen wetland. Daisy used to do that! The only problem with this is that there aren't any trees for him to climb in an emergency. I have to keep on being loud.

He wouldn't come! He is a cat. "Dogs have owners, cats have staff." I am loud, and the critters won't come around if they know a human is here. He was safe. I yelled and yelled. Toddling off to find the trailcams, as is his way, he met me up on the driveway once I'd headed for the house.

  3. Lovely sun and kitty. Seems the coyote poo would have fur in it from eating furry creatures, right? Linda in Kansas

  5. Wow, that was slippery footing indeed when feeding those hungry deer! They of course don't have that problem!

  9. I laughed at him being called a dweeb ... I bet there was strutting in the house later after his adventure of independence.
