Ukraine: the bombs continue to fall. In Canada, nay, North America, many uneducated people continue to call for 'freedom.' They don't know the meaning of the word.
They have such a rich culture. They are brave, with a quirky sense of humour. I know we watch this war with horror.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that my news sources do keep up with their war...and our support for the Ukrainians. I know that Russia is now holding a US athlete as a prisoner, and so diplomatic talks are on for her exchange, as well as to let Ukrainian ships export crops of grain. Interesting times we live in, eh?

ReplyDeleteThat's a clever little song. Their continued high spirits amaze me. I do hope there is victory soon for them. Surely Putin knows he is fighting a losing battle? Even his own soldiers don't want to fight.
